Wow 19 days in

Good Evening My dear friends, I am amazed on how fast 30 days can go these pictures are 30 days apart but I truly didn't start giving a 100% till May 17 so here is my results so far i'm 19 days in not 30. Here are my results: down 5.8 lbs and i've lost 1.75 inches in my belly. Here come thy abs :)
My next 30 days (started on May 31st) I am going to challenge myself to No process foods which means anything that comes from a can or a box i'm not gonna eat and i'm gonna cut out all cheat meals this could be difficult but i'm up for the challenge. I've completed almost 5 days of this :) I am starting to have more energy and sleep like a rock. Love that my meal plan can do this I have also added to my regimen is a 14 day liver cleanse this defiantly is a taste that you need to get use to yuck lol its a mixture of 8 oz of spring water with unsweetened cranberry juice with organic apple juice and a little bit of apple cider vinegar not the best tasting, but we will see on how this helps me feel. Super excited for what the next 30 days can bring. Thanks for listening

First week straight

Good Morning my peeps, I have made it 1 week on my meal plan and am feeling great my energy has been restored I'm sleeping much better, and starting to love to be in front of the camera again. I forgot how this feels. well as of today I'm down 5.8 lbs in 7 days
This excites me because I tend to place in my brain that I need to change things that work of coarse I see it from time and time again with my clients that it works but.... for me nothing works maybe its just a mindset that I need to change and realize that I'm only as strong as I think I am. Well I have earned my cheat meal today I gave 100% for 8 days straight and dropped 5.8 lbs,I would say a very well deserved treat today. We are going over to my Nanny's to eat some yummy tacos with fresh salsa mmmmm it feels good to say that I have earned it. Have a great Memorial Day make sure to give a moment of silence to thank a Solider for what they have done for us thanks

Starting over 2015

Hello My name is Heather Hifler and I am a yoyo dieter, well use to be anyways or maybe I still am? Not real sure what title I should give it but anyways whatever you want to call it I absolutely love food. I have been on and off again with my weight loss and have tired EVERYTHING literally every thing from weight watchers which was what started teaching me portion control to Phentermine to HCG nothing has worked sure I would lose the weight just to regain it which is just as unhealthy as being fat. Its crazy to me that I am still on this same train I was on over 5 years ago not the same weight but still trying to figure out why I am a gorger I use this word lightly I can put some food away which scares me and I don't stop till I have gained my weight back. So depressing but not sure how to change that. I finally almost reached my goal weight was roughly 8 lbs away and finally doing it the healthier way right before Thanksgiving 2014. I was 138lbs so freaking excited to get so close and not have to use anything other than dialing in to my nutrition, well over the holidays and until Sunday I regained 21 lbs. ugh so I am starting this again. I'm now at 159.6lbs well I was on Sunday May 17th 2015. Glad to announce that I have officially started again 100% on my meal plan and have been running strong since. So here's my journey.
I have been using Herbalife since April 2013 still trying to lose the weight the healthy way and as of today I'm down almost 5lbs in less than a week of me dialing in my meal plan. My goal is still to reach 125-130lbs, I am also concentrating on a healthy body fat% and younger metabolic age. I'm starting to feel better. Just in that short of time I am sleeping better and breathing better. Its amazing on how fast your body wants the healthy stuff. I am excited to see where my new life style is taking me. I am also helping clients/friends to get the same results Its easy to share how to do something but to actually put in the work to hit the same goals is a little harder. So I decided to try blogging again. Thank you so much to those who are still there :)I'm posting these images to put the truth out there these are my starting photos and numbers I'll upload my results in thirty days to share where I'm at. Thanks again guys :)
