Starting over 2015

Hello My name is Heather Hifler and I am a yoyo dieter, well use to be anyways or maybe I still am? Not real sure what title I should give it but anyways whatever you want to call it I absolutely love food. I have been on and off again with my weight loss and have tired EVERYTHING literally every thing from weight watchers which was what started teaching me portion control to Phentermine to HCG nothing has worked sure I would lose the weight just to regain it which is just as unhealthy as being fat. Its crazy to me that I am still on this same train I was on over 5 years ago not the same weight but still trying to figure out why I am a gorger I use this word lightly I can put some food away which scares me and I don't stop till I have gained my weight back. So depressing but not sure how to change that. I finally almost reached my goal weight was roughly 8 lbs away and finally doing it the healthier way right before Thanksgiving 2014. I was 138lbs so freaking excited to get so close and not have to use anything other than dialing in to my nutrition, well over the holidays and until Sunday I regained 21 lbs. ugh so I am starting this again. I'm now at 159.6lbs well I was on Sunday May 17th 2015. Glad to announce that I have officially started again 100% on my meal plan and have been running strong since. So here's my journey.
I have been using Herbalife since April 2013 still trying to lose the weight the healthy way and as of today I'm down almost 5lbs in less than a week of me dialing in my meal plan. My goal is still to reach 125-130lbs, I am also concentrating on a healthy body fat% and younger metabolic age. I'm starting to feel better. Just in that short of time I am sleeping better and breathing better. Its amazing on how fast your body wants the healthy stuff. I am excited to see where my new life style is taking me. I am also helping clients/friends to get the same results Its easy to share how to do something but to actually put in the work to hit the same goals is a little harder. So I decided to try blogging again. Thank you so much to those who are still there :)I'm posting these images to put the truth out there these are my starting photos and numbers I'll upload my results in thirty days to share where I'm at. Thanks again guys :)
